The details behind a good choice
Air-conditioned bedrooms and cooled communal spaces may differ. Ask about bedrooms, living rooms and additional sleeping areas separately. Glazing and sunlight affect comfort. For cooler travel periods, check heating rather than only summer facilities. Follow the property’s operating instructions throughout your stay.
Your practical checklist
- List cooled areas
- ask about the living room
- confirm heating.
Put it into your enquiry
Send your requirements to the Kalkan Rental team together with arrival and departure dates. Rather than interpreting a photograph differently, ask directly about the detail that matters to you. Browse the villa collection, compare suitable options, then review current availability and total price in a written quotation.

Availability and total price are confirmed for your dates. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.
