When is my booking confirmed?
A form submission or WhatsApp message is an enquiry. A booking is confirmed when the villa, dates, total price and payment terms have been agreed in writing and the required booking steps are completed.
Are payment and cancellation terms the same for every villa?
Terms can differ by villa and travel period. Your written quotation explains the deposit, balance, security deposit and cancellation conditions before you pay.
